Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ResumeFitKit, available at resumefitkit.com. ResumeFitKit is operated by TrackAIMentions. In these Terms, “ResumeFitKit,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TrackAIMentions operating the ResumeFitKit website and service.

By using ResumeFitKit, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and any terms shown in Paddle Checkout. If you do not agree, do not use ResumeFitKit or purchase ResumeFitKit access.

1. What ResumeFitKit Provides

ResumeFitKit is a self-service AI-assisted resume and job description analysis tool. It helps users compare a resume against a job description, identify missing keywords, produce evidence-backed bullet rewrite suggestions, and draft short cover letters based on information the user provides.

ResumeFitKit does not provide recruiting, legal, immigration, HR, financial, or career placement services. ResumeFitKit does not submit applications on your behalf unless a future feature expressly says so.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawfulness of all resume, work history, education, skills, certifications, and other information you enter into ResumeFitKit. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated suggestions before using them in a job application.

Do not add skills, certifications, employers, dates, metrics, licenses, immigration status, or qualifications that are not true.

3. No Hiring Guarantee

ResumeFitKit helps improve job-specific alignment. We do not guarantee interviews, hiring outcomes, job offers, ATS pass rates, recruiter responses, salary outcomes, or employer acceptance of any materials.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ResumeFitKit to:

• commit fraud or misrepresent work history, education, skills, certifications, identity, eligibility, or qualifications;
• generate or submit application materials for experience you did not actually have;
• impersonate an employer, recruiter, school, certification body, government agency, or other third party;
• use scripts, bots, account farming, prompt injection, or other abusive methods to bypass rate limits or consume excessive AI resources;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or create a competing service from ResumeFitKit templates, prompts, code, workflows, or generated examples except as permitted by law.

We may refuse service, block access, cancel fulfillment, or cooperate with valid legal requests if we believe ResumeFitKit is being misused.

5. AI Output

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your exact situation. ResumeFitKit is designed to base suggestions on information you provide, but you must review all output before using it.

ResumeFitKit should not be used to evaluate or modify protected characteristics such as age, race, gender, disability, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, or other legally protected traits.

6. Payments

ResumeFitKit payments will be processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect payment details, taxes, billing information, invoices, receipts, and other information required to process your transaction. ResumeFitKit does not receive or store your full card details.

Prices are shown before checkout. A purchase gives you access to the digital application packet features shown at checkout, subject to successful payment and fulfillment.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, Paddle buyer terms, and applicable law. Refund requests should be made within 14 days of purchase. Please contact support before initiating a chargeback.

8. Intellectual Property

ResumeFitKit, its website, code, design, prompts, workflows, templates, and related materials are owned by TrackAIMentions or its licensors. You may use generated application materials for your own legitimate job search. You may not resell, copy, or create a competing service from ResumeFitKit materials.

9. Disclaimers

ResumeFitKit is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumeFitKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from your use or misuse of generated materials. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the ResumeFitKit transaction giving rise to the claim.
